Revisiting the SC

Is there a way the CiC and parliament can replace these guys before the re-election?? Winning is not the issue, even Babuon knows he can't beat the duo. The courts are and have been their only card.

That's a lengthy process, a complaint has to make the allegations and present it to JSC and Parliamentary Legal Committee. If it passes the initial scrutiny then a Tribunal has to constituted to conduct public trial on the matter. The tribunal will then decide if they will stay or go.

My opinion let's forget the SC for now. The message has reached home. Let's win this with a huge margin so that they regret even forcing us to this fresh elections.

There has to be a tribunal though the current president is enjoying limited powers. Kwa ufupi IEBC na SC are here to stay

No, Since the SC ordered a fresh elections and declared the previous one null and void, the transition clause ended. Its once again President Uhuru not President Elect. He has the executive authority back and can sign laws and contracts for the next 58 days.

SC is hellbent on creating a constitutional crisis. Uhuru should not rely on them because they'll always be something to petition about. They need to find a solution around this.

IEBC is the one taking us in rounds and creating that artificial crisis. Why couldnt they hold free and fair elections?

But they'll still go to court since the process won't be perfect especially now that the IEBC has very limited time to prepare.

We will win with a bigger one this time round. Ile upuzi matiangi alikua nayo kisii the other day na uyo obure tutawamulika peupe.

We are not going to let anything to chance. Its going to be interesting to see your president hand his instruments of power to BABA.

Leave the SC as it is.

The only thing that we need to do is to return to the ballot box and vote emphatically for Uhuru and Ruto while ensuring that no rogue ROs fudge the papers. No court can nullify twice.

Regarding attacks in the judiciary, Uhuru is absolutely justified. When has JaKuon ever been admonished for his incessant attacks on ALL courts and justice in general?
