Revolutions Per Minute

Hello villagers, mimi iko na swali. I have an old toyota saloon car that vibrates too much even when idling. All the mechanics i have visited so far have failed to troubleshoot the problem. Before you ask, the engine mounts are okay. The RPM meter stands at 1 during idling. Shouldn’t the meter be at, say, 0.5? Does anyone has an idea of any mechanic who can help a fellow villager?

See if there are any diagnostic trouble codes, Check vacuum hoses for leaks, check air cleaner, check Mass air Flow Sensor, do throttle body cleaning.

Kama ni gari ya carburettor angalia accelerator pump na power circuit;
check your cooling system if it needs repair;
Check fuel pressure regulator;
Check ignition timing, ignition wires, spark plugs, rotor, distribution cap;
Check alternator;
Check idle control valve, and check all related fuses and wiring systems;

Do all these checks with the A/C off.
