What type of educational system is offered at RVA?

RVA primarily follows a North American curriculum. We are unable to accept a new student after grade 9 who is not already in a similar educational system. For Kenyan national applicants, please be aware that RVA’s educational system is not compatible with education requirements for entry into Kenyan Universities. Therefore, receiving a diploma from RVA may significantly limit educational options for future schooling in Kenya after the completion of high school. We also ask that you consider the potential cost involved to access educational options outside of Kenya and not assume that your child will receive financial aid packages adequate to meet their needs as international students in another country.

Would you consider taking your kid to this school?

My worry would be the cold that is in that place… Love it though for the peace and tranquillity.

Pesa si shida kwa hao wazazi they can take their kids anywhere.

If I have REAL money why not?

Yep,

Would I consider taking my kid here? Hell yes. If I have building dams using towels na kadhalika

If you can afford to take your kid there then you can also afford not to. Means you can afford to give him a future on a silver platter, akae tu nyumbani pia hakuna shida. ju pesa si shida

:DA long winded way of saying, ’ No Blacks Allowed’.

Entry is extremely difficult regardless of your financial status. They give priority to kids of American missionary workers and UN workers. If your kids plans on going to the US, it’s a great choice.

And the school is in Kenyan soil.Where do these foreigners get the balls from.

It is a way of saying, if you are not our class, please, move on.

most of those are kids of missionaries…and when they are thrown to Kenya the various churches that send them here usually use RVA as a means of assuring them that they have a way of having their kids continue US education while here. I would say it is a school for US kids who have to come to Kenya because of missionary issues and not really Kenyan families who feel too special to do 844/IGCSE
