Deputy President, William Ruto,
and his wife Rachel, were recently
stuck in Germany after a train they
were supposed to travel in
cancelled its scheduled trip. The
Deputy President, who was on
leisure tour of Europe after
attending his ICC trial, was not
accompanied by his huge security
detail and therefore he did not
attract much attention.
Ruto and his wife decided to make
the best out of their hiccup and
decided to go sightseeing within
the beautiful city of Cologne before
Kenya’s Ambassador to Germany,
Ken Osinde came to their rescue
and managed to book them a flight
out of Cologne.
