Customer care keep on looking into the issue without any help. I can ping routers that are on the safaricom side but from there the connection seems to drop out.

Mine has been up and down for a week now. I have called them (400) severally with the following responses.
- They do not pick up calls after 6pm
- There is heavy traffic in my area that’s why speed is slow
- There is a global problem with undersea cables, that’s why internet is slow worldwide (I should have recorded this slayqueen!)
Tricks of makiy sure your safcom internet is faster
-Make sure your power levels are below -25dbm
-If possible ask technician to transfer your connection to the new splitter
-change the router to be the 5g one
