I was in the lowest package I think its called Silver I was testing it to see if it works. The problem was the downtime and the support fixes it then when they change shifts it goes down and becomes slow.
For me I would rather not eat but have fast internet…nothing pisses me like slow net. I talked to one support guy and he mentioned that you need to upgrade to the platinum for the speeds and uptime to be guarantee. Also don’t expect to be compensated for the downtime
