Yaani hii kitu inakupimia gas vile Kenya Power hupima tokens. @BBIsiMuhimu and other super peasants are already complaining that hii gas inaisha haraka kushinda “ile ya kawaida.” Lakiniiiii, knowing Safaricom and the way they mercilessly steal data and airtime, what did they expecti?

Safaricon…i have never understood the concept of expiring bundles…it’s like when you buy the bundles you pay the full amount for them but Safaricom just “leases” it to you for a period of time…if you don’t use it they take it away…yep the bundle you purchased that is supposed to be yours is taken away without refunds.

Common practice the world over. You’re paying for a service based on a time/usage matrix. Safaricom is not a telecommunication company but a service company.
Ni kama hoteli. Technically you have paid to sit in their hotel all day but they’ll probably kick you out if you spend hours occupying their chair. They sell a service that is time sensitive. Their bills are always piling on whether you’re buying bundles or not. They need to make sure you’re constantly feeding them money. Even their airtime cards have an expiry period. If you don’t use any of their services for a given period, your line number goes back into rotation.
