Looks like this and the others work on Android and not on Windows... and the ones that work on Windows are not free...

From most of the above comments, it appears like I have no choice than to set up an Android environment and install the downloaders there

I have solved it now... Asante sana for your help! I downloaded Bluestacks that emulates Android and was able to install Vidmate as recommended by @ronybiatch and it works perfectly since I can export downloaded files to Windows and therefore access the files for transfer to other media...!!

I cannot use an application that has mal-ware knowingly... But at lest I have found a solution
