    Nilienda gym juzi man after a long time. Now I feel like I have T-rex arms. My legs, chest and arms hurt like crazy because I pushed my body too hard. Lifting a spoon from the table position to my mouth has never been that hard:eek::eek::eek:. Forget about walking up/down a flight of stairs. Laughing is no longer funny because my 4-pack hurts like hell too when I laugh.

    When you over exercise your muscles tear up and rebuild so that in the future they can be able to handle the excess load you had subjected them to, kula protein and give them time to rebuild continuous exercising will damage the muscles

    it happens..but when resuming after a gym break, start with your lowest weights for a longer time. it's the muscles that tend to curve in search of the bulge. Also happens to me wakati nmerudi nkiona kama kautambi kanatishia kurudi..mpaka kupiga shower inakua kazi

    Don't exercise blindly.
    You need an exercise plan otherwise after two months, you'll realise you've made zero gains!
