don’t save in a sacco. save place kama faulu or rafiki. after one year use the money as working capital for a small biz, it will be giving you more than 5k per month, so for next year you will be saving 10k.repeat the cycle. in 6 years you will be a lord of the land
For some reason, I don’t give much credence to sacco savings despite the annual interest of about 10%. You will pluck your hair one by one the day you’ll decide to exit the sacco and they have your money.
