Concerning the issue of hate speech, I can say that I am extremely familiar with this community’s culture, and have spent a lot of time watching from the side lines. Ktalk is not “all tribal.” the problem lies in the emergence of organized and motivated tribal hate mongers, which has been having a particularly negative effect on ktalk’s culture. Initially the general heated political threads were centered around ODM and Jubilee before terms such as “shiny eye”, “dim eye”, “pure blood”, “mungiki” gained any traction, what we’re seeing now is tribal hate becoming a core aspect of the community. These negative aspects are seeping into the rest of the community, that is why some members are coming out and defending individuals who promote hate.As the custodians of the community it would be a great crime if we were to sit back and watch this.
The lighter negative aspects, of immaturity and trolling can and will been tolerated. Hate speech on the other hand will not be tolerated.
Shouldn’t you be banning ALL those who propagate hatred? Or is it that you monitor just but a few, then sit back and wait for ‘reporters’ to feed info for you to act?
Nibanie uwes… Ni hayo tuu, ako na matusi chafu chafu sana to pink handles wengine… Mnishikilie priss naona nikimhurt physically

Hizo bans zitambe mzito @admin, kwani iko nene? Tell them to emulate me, I’ve been lying low like an envelope as far as politics/tribal manenoz are concerned.
This election season, I’ve vowed to be a pacifist, or an impartial observer, whichever comes first.
Of course I reserve the right to change my views whenever I fucking feel like.
Now, reward me with the Village God title.
no, the only two times i reported him were when he insulted mama ngina; and i came clean about it, it’s not like he discovered through other means. lakini si hata admin na mods wake wanajionea?
To be fair and democratic @admin we should introduce a system whereby villagers will be voting to decide whether a villager should be banned or not, A poll shall be opened stating the offense committed then villagers will vote to ban or not to ban the individual
