How is the software and can it work while offline? Does it need a server station and can it be shared over the local area network?

i try it on my pc using xamp and worked okay.Its a webbased and use SQL or mysql for backend but with wamp or xamp your good to go with any pc

Now you’re talking Greek. What’s wamp or xamp? Can one update the records via the LAN and like I asked before, does it work offline?

xamp or wamp is an apache server or php server.As for working offline i guess you mean on lan and for that i can assure you it will work

I know some guys who have a cloud based solution. All you need is a device with an internet connection and a browser. But this is a subscription service. So you will pay for the product in perpetuity.
