All my audio and video files in my laptop sudenly developed scratch despite having an antivirus…i dont knw what might be the problem…somebody to help

HDD maybe in kufaring state…
sectors za hardisk may be gone. Mine had 72 bad sectors in December and only came to know after I had changed the Operating system twice in one week due to hanging and sometimes failing to boot.
