Just have your target places, prepare a letter and you CV, I assume you have these, and go to the companies or organisations na useme unataka kuona HR...don't let anybody stop you

I think we can all see why he keeps getting rejected. No idea how to market himself in a field where that's often more valuable than your technical skills.

Naenda attacho man. Naweza sema nimespecialize in web development but nipewe a completely different work nikiwa huko ndani. As of now niko open to all stuff that falls under the IT department.

Like ukiwa shule, what's your major. Hakuna mtu anaplaciwa IT. (Software, Networking, BBIT which one)
