Serious People who do a Professional Job

I have had more than one incident of hiring a foreman (building project manager) running a project on my behalf. The most recent foreman was getting his monthly payment as agreed. However I came to discover that he was actively solliciting bribes from other subcontractors that I had procured.

How frequent is this kind of Corruption? How vulnerable are you as a technician or a small business owner?

Corruption is expensive for all of us. Ama vipi @shoks

thts the standard practice in the construction industry. iko kwa damu.

Its the norm in the industry, this foremen just like house gals seem to have attended the same school of behaviour

For a sub-contractor to get a job, he/she must part with something, and if you didnt know this, then, you’re new in this field

If you can’t get a foreman you trust, you’ll need to outsource the job to a contractor who can control his labour

Foreman wako a.k.a wingman wa nyumbani bado ako ndani ama aliachiliwa?

foreman mgani Huyo analipwa monthly, @upepo na @Randy kweli inawezekana?

It’s not a good idea. pesa mjengo hulipwa on Saturday otherwise he will engage in all manner of activities at your expense to get something to sustain him throughout the month.

Engage a relative or a close friend who will act as a supervisor to the foreman so that he can also collect a bribe from the foreman.

Kazi yake ikoaje so far. Hapa goal yako is to get good quality work and once in a while you may be force to overlook infractions zingine as you chase your goal.
Shida ya hiring some else you can get a holy joe with mediocre work.
Is he also the one supervising the subs ama you have someone else, this is where I think shida kubwa inaweza kuwa

Kazi yake siyo mbaya Sana. Pitia oune. What annoyed me ni hii corruption, colluding with subcontractors.

He is fired.
