I need help. I have been pumping iron for 2 months but I can not seem to get rid of my slim-ish shape. Ideas Talkers
Working out without eating is useless. If you want to grow, you must eat. Eating extra gives you what you need for muscle growth. If the amount of energy you spend is more than your intake, you'll stay skinny and even lose weight.

Ongeza nyama/kuku na carbs kiasi. Weka weight na height hapa usaidiwe.

Sasa wewe unangangana kupata weight saa zile watu wanapigana kupunguza weight???

Almost everyone around me is balooning while I stay slim. I dont know why but I like it that way. Na kama ni muscles, unataka za kufanya??

When it comes to diet, eat a lot, add fresh whole milk and eggs to your daily diet. As much fish and meat that you can afford, but don't forget the vegetables..

I personally avoid artificial things mass, steroids whatever.. they result in fatalities in some people. You don't need them to grow bigger.

Finally, consistency in your training, and patience, avoid missing a workout as much as possible. With the programs above, you'll be making gains each workout, and will progress very fast
