start eating right, supplement with whey and creatine.

Any possible side effects? I know whey is protein…but how do the guys sell their products without adding something?

Working out without eating is useless. If you want to grow, you must eat. Eating extra gives you what you need for muscle growth. If the amount of energy you spend is more than your intake, you’ll stay skinny and even lose weight.

I personally avoid artificial things mass, steroids whatever… they result in fatalities in some people. You don’t need them to grow bigger.
