Shes also Tsonga, the much maligned tribe from limpopo. South Africans view them the way we view our turkana, pokot and maasai brothers, atleast culturally. Tsonga lexis is very similar to East Africa bantu and swahili, not surprising considering that they migrated from East Africa. If you are bantu try and listen to the likes of Thomas chauke or makadzi, luhyias would understand 30% of their lyrics. So unlike zulus or xhosas who would still have struggled with learning kiswahili, this girl had the advantage of East African roots
