This might turn out to be a fair deal depending on what brand of springs and shocks they are selling you.

I bought my whole set for 60k for toyota Allion. The springs were kings and the colis were obk. This was from oriel kenya mombasa road and included installation

These shenanigans za kutaka 4x4 yet pesa yako ilitosha gari ndogo mliamua mtavuka nayo into 2021 pia?

Sio mbaya. Type gani ya shocks/springs?

Enda microb kirinyaga Road.

Buy ex Japan coil springs for a set - 6K
Then spend not more than 24k for a set of shocks.

Sasa ununue gari ex japan alafu pia spare parts ununue ex japan. Namna gani wewe. Buy new spare parts.

Niaje Mnyama?

Poa sana chief

Habari ya Pangani?

That is playing pata potea with your money. You cant compare 2nd hand parts to new ones. Dont do it @RIZZLER1

Hao watu wa kirinyaga road waliniwekea coil springs kubwa na iliinua jalopy kiasi. Three months now kwa masafa na sioni shida. Kitu sijabadilisha ni shocks hizo nitatoa Rob’s Magic ama Oriel/AutoExpress.

Bora gari ikimbie,

There are stuff you can buy 2nd hand on a car and others you should buy new

For example, stuff like side mirrors, alternator, coil pack, infotainment system etc. Hizo unaweza chukua 2nd hand. But parts that are consumerables kama brakepads, bushes, ball jonts, rack ends etc hizo chukua mpya.

Vitu kama shocks na springs if you must buy 2nd hand basi get ex-japan. But these you should also buy new

I will bet you my left nut that if I was given an option between the two, I would go for new parts.

Anyone here with experience of VDE springs or shocks? Whats your opinion of them?

Get the ones at Auto xpress coz the quote I know includes wheel alignment after the change and a warranty for 20,000kms or 12 months
