The last time I was in Siaya county to visit my sister who was on a medical duty around 2010 I was surprised the whole town haikuwa na tarmac road. Yaani a whole town haina tarmac road. The tarmac road ends somewhere in the middle long kabla ufike Siaya. Wueh kukuwa kwa opposition siyo mchezo

I am jasiaya county and honestly the few times I have been to this our headquarter town I have never even understood it’s layout. Structures are just scattered everywhere.
Yet they sacrifice the few decent buidings then destroy the tarmac because of baba.
