My small brother ni kadinya (we have fought with so many of his baby mothers wako na chama).

He was called by the latest, mTaita uko Mombasa that we had written a parental responsibility agreement. There kid is 3 years old and IS REQUIRED TO GO TO BABY CLASS.

Now the reason I was involved in this case is the baby mother has; wanted to change the name of the kid, denied access of the kid to the father, splurged kids cash on starting a failed business & smartphone, etc. It was best to advice him on just cutting ties with her! Alikuwa na drama mingi. So she finally decided to stop the drama and said, "You know what, this kid is not yours!"

Brother yangu alikuwa anataka kuleta vita, pale mikindani. My advice to him was instead of fighting her and fighting the GoK (assault is a crime), we wait for the time the GoK will help us. We took contacts of the Children's Officer of the area, and back to Nairobi.

After almost 1 year, amepiga simu cause she has no money. Now this plot looks like a movie where you know everything.

The Children's officer has promised, huyo mwanamke atalala ndani for neglect! Once she has finished with that, the last time we gave her money she signed I gave her a loan at a compounded interest rate. She defaulted, that's a criminal case. On top of that she allegedly stole my brother's phone.

Sasa, I wonder why don't men wake up and see they can tandika this crazy stupid mpango wa kando. Nyorosha kabisa she becomes a Ugandan replica of a wife.

Unfortunately, we still want the woman to have custody of the kid. And, she is a drop-out of Form 2. Also, mamake ni single matha

Kwanza hii episode, since I have Master's, nafanya Project Management.

DNA Test: This is the time we are going to court for a DNA test. Most judges tell the man to pay. We have contacted a Wakili, (we even had a drink with a magistrate in the area). we want the contribution of DNA to be done by both. Since we are sure she has no money (and note it's the man taking the woman to court; the court is said to favour the person who 'kushtaki' first). But, DNA ni formality: mtoto ni carbon copy ya Baba yake.

Male driven Court cases, Evidence Act:
Collecting evidence was so hard! Now that we have evidence (a fact, undeniable evidence) we can proceed with the court case. Otherwise, it's never good to go without evidence.

Vaccine:
We have even said the kid has never been vaccinated! We forged a partially done vaccine record showing some KEPI vaccine were not done.

When the law is on your side vitu no rahisi.

Why don't you conduct a DNA test and confirm if this is your brother's kid?
Procedure to do a DNA test in Kenya.
Lancet are the only private organization that do the test. They need a court order. A court order needs evidence of why you need a DNA test. Most men do not have the name of the father on the children's certificate. So according to the court, a man cannot go and just grab children and conduct DNA tests.
The public hospital DNA test method is so bad it can take 1 year to conduct one.
Also, both parents need to be present for the test; now if they are always fighting how will they sit in a room to withdraw blood.
A private DNA test costs KES25,000. This makes the test postponed, etc.

kama ni carbon copy why go dna way...au ni carbon copy ya the other @shoti_mzito
We want to exhaust her (baby mama) cash wise. She is also being backed by her family. By the time the family decides this is an expensive undertaking, they will be more reasonable.

This is a marathon, wakiona saa hii ndio watasaidia they will finish there cash early thinking it's a sprint.

Parental responsibility agreement also has she is supposed to contribute 50% of the medical insurance expenses. Hehe, ya brother is covered by the company. She has to make sure she can come with KES40,000 in a year.

We are fighting this as a team.

It's my small brother, lazima nimepe usaidizi.
Also, when he suffers we suffer as a family. The same women have taken him to the police and its me he calls to bail him out before ifike court case. Even worse, he calls my spouse if I don't pick calls.

Anatafuta heir. Huyo ni wa Kwanza; first born.

His reason is all this women are giving him daughters, he needs a son!
:rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes::rolleyes:

He deserves everything that he is getting. And you're enabling his foolishness.

(Assuming that any bit of this story is true).

Second reason, condom ni ya Malaya! Hawa wengine ni dry fry

And the fellow really hasn't stopped to think that hawa dry fry ni malaya pia?

:D:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Msiba wa kujitakia haina pole. Take the fellow for a HIV and STD test. Chances are he's got one of the two.
