I had one tonight and it was both annoying and terrifying.

Sleep paralysis is a neurological phenomena and has nothing to do with the supernatural.

Summarily, the part of your brain that makes up your conscious state becomes “awake” while that one which is associated with motor function remains partially “asleep”. This way when you consciously attempt to move it feels strained. Your throat is a muscle that can also be controlled by the motor cortex and it becomes atonic while you’re sleeping so when you experience temporal wakefulness it feels like you’re being choked. You brain loves creating patterns and that’s where these “ghosts and demons” come in.

Everything lazima iwe explained through science  jameni

Go away you female captain Ahab.

Yes. Science provides the most reliable way to understand the universe.

Like, no whale has ever been found to have swallowed a human being let alone being seemingly immortal.

You’re crazy.

And why are you browsing KTalk at church. Isn’t that a sin or something?

We spend approximately 15 years of our lives on the other side dreaming. Dreams aside, I have a queer thing that happens to me . Whenever i think of someone subconsciously, it won’t take long for them to either call me or meet. Has it ever occurred to anyone? Also there are events in real life that when i am going through i have this feeling of dejavu. Its like I’ve been there before. I’m not superstitious, far from it. But these occurrences puzzle me. Used to happen alot while i was young. Now zinaisha

i thought hio ndio huitwa sixth sense

Ooooh ok.

If you cover your head completely while sleeping, you are likely to experience this paralysis. it has something to do with less intake of oxygen. The feeling of dejavu occurs when an image is registered in your memory before you start thinking or concentrating on what you are observing.
