My take is dude has good intentions but hes not sincere about his sources of capital/or lack of it. His American dream story and the source of his seed capital is not adding up. Those investing in his project thought he already had some money but seems like hes just another broke dude, probably waiting for investors to pump in money then shortchange them, but most have already sensed and bailed out…suppliers are suing for non payments.
