So what I gather is that as a perceived Kikuyu, not liking Raila Odinga’s politics is equivalent to one being an ‘uthamakistan’. Never mind that you are not partial to Uhuru Kenyatta’s politics too. It is either or. And those who are caught in that mindset don’t see the double standard. They want their unwavering support for Raila to be viewed objectively and not ‘Odingaism’.

Look, everyone is at liberty to choose their portion for whatever reason. The reason you are allowed to vote is because you are assumed to be an adult capable of making your own choices, although the accuracy of that assumption is debatable. Thus, you should be able to choose which among the two you would want to supervise corruption without making any excuses, and I believe without claiming any moral high ground. And I should be able to refuse to choose a rapist without being showered with hypocritical angst from both divides.
