Simple, call these guys and ask them why did they sign a blank form. Or better still, I presume each agent took a photo of the form, ask them to forward to you. Hii kujifanya wajaja ndio inawamalisa, na hata kotini hamuwezi enda.

Doesn’t it say Sang’ Cheruiyot Wesley…I’D #…ODM…with a legally binding signature. What kind of questions is this ? That can be said for all the agents who signed that sheet. I think you lost the plot a long time ago.

Besides that is 1 polling station of 40,000 so far I’ve seen 2 weird ones. That is 0.00005% margin of error. I believe we cannot waste a country for this kind of shit show.
