I have a girlfriend we broke a couple of days ago. The reasons for break up

  1. She wants me to buy land and put it in her name before she gives birth
  2. She is asking for a house, a car and I set up her a business ( hardware ) In Ruiru before she can get pregnant. We had decided she should get pregnant this year December
  3. She wants the Money in the Sacco that I have saved - She should be given half as she is my partner
  4. She wants a vacation in Paris/Dubai when we will be having sex for the pregnancy
  5. She wants to have access to the bank account that I get salary through an ATM

Is this fair? The only thing she brings is sex on the table? What is wrong with our women
