The petitioners have prayed for a copy of the voters' register. The respondent is only too willing to comply with the orders of the court but at a cost of Ksh. 80m. The petitioners have to pay the amount as the court ruled that the respondents have to comply but at the petitioners cost. Ngoja walete paybill. IMG-20171115-WA0008.jpg

This time round, even the court is not entertaining frivolous applications. Hata leo Ms Soweto aliambiwa Chebukati ni chameleon, so? How does that affect the validity of the election?

P.L.O also made it very engaging. Mwau's lawyer as good as may be was not made for presidential petitions. It needs one with that pizazz as Orengo or Grand Mullah.
Mahat on the other hand made such a good presentation the DCJ couldn't resist the urge to let him know she liked it and she will remember him

Even the media this time round aren't as enthusiastic in covering the proceedings like in the 1st round. They haven't also set up their boring panelists to dissect the proceedings at the Supreme Court.
