Specialists will go and do work related to their profession in the military strictly.
GSO cadets will be absorbed in the various units and offered training where necessary. For example, some will join airforce and be trained as pilots.

Last year there was no recruitment whatsoever due to Covid19. That messes with the schedule because a certain amount of personnel die, retire or are removed from the forces each year and have to be replaced within a certain timeline. So this year they have to recruit everyone at once to make up for the deficit. Usually they recruit cadets every few years, then servicemen and tradesmen each year.
