T-bone steak.

Have been watching beef pan frying on YouTube. Today kwa super I got T-bone well cut when I was buying meat. (The guy didn’t even know what a T-bone is na ndiye ako kwa meat section).
Went to spices section and bought black pepper powder and milk butter (KCC one).
Kufika home ni kutest skills… Heated the skillet, (using meko ndio nipikie sitting room) added oil, then nikawekelea my T-bone. Sprinkled salt and black pepper. About 9 minutes I turned the other side. Added milk butter and ground ginger. Cooked for abt 7 minutes. Turned the other side kidogo and the other. The magic was done! Nikawekelea kwa cutting board and let it sit for 5 minutes for juices to settle. Chopped into pieces and we enjoyed. Being the first time, it was quite delicious yummy yummy. Next time I know I will do even better

Nice

Good work mkuu, how much time did it take? Serves how many people

About 20 minutes. 10 minutes one side and about 8 the other side. If you overcook it becomes dry.

For serving size hii hata ningerarua peke yangu but tumekula na my 2 boys, wife na househelp. Didn’t want to buy much for first time trying but next round I will buy several T-bones.

Rosemary ndio umesahau.

Hiyo labda ipatikane kwa soko. I usually see the YouTubers putting it

Yummy

big up mujamaa

You mean she had been invited ?

I always Ask for t-bone when am on holiday

Alikuwa soko:D

Noma sana. Nimeijulia YouTube na ingine inajiita rib eye steak na tomahawk

Umejaribu sana. Next time tumia unsalted butter. Makes a world of a difference since final product will not be too salty.

Also there’s dried rosemary hapo tuu kwa spices. It works just as well as the fresh one. Also the black pepper is best ground fresh, not the powder variety.

Thats an acquired taste due to the oil elements in it. Some people find the fresh one it a bit pungent, the dry one too obvious in food. Nimeona watu wameeka rosemary kwa length mzima ya perimeter fence, few know you can infuse it in cookery besides it being hailed to alleviate muscle pain, improve memory, boost the immune and circulatory system, promote hair growth and shïtloads of benefits since ancient times

Thanks man. I know there are experts in this field and might soon be one by learning from them

Good work.

Dessini pans are good also

Iko wapi managu ya kusindikiza hiyo nyake
