These were the days when nice songs comforted dying souls. world war, hunger, diseases etc were order of the day. remember the great famine in 80s? my mom told me the tribulations they went through being from those extended families. They Would carry firewood on their backs whole day to sell, the only available meal was githeri, eggs meant you were very rich(poor peoples poultry were also on hunger spell ). many perished (a moment of silence) but above all thanks God someone sacrificed for me to be where i am. i always think, if it werent for these, internet would have come early that means my dad would have been a member of team fisi or worse kawasaki. what else, me ending up being a frog!!!!

Talking of eggs, anyone with that song about white people having eggs for breakfast while blacks ate maize with weevils please upload. gracious!
