Why were they arrested

Their criminal life had started earlier so they were always on the police watch list. Walichukuliwa home from a party they had thrown for their ‘criminal’ friends. Kumbr cops were in the know and took advantage and arrested several of them.
One positive thing for us residents was that whenever Edu,that’s Shimoli as you know him,was at home,all the small time estate criminals went MIA and the estate was safe. He used to beat them up telling them that they did not have to terrorize their home ground.
