Honestly I miss this ugali. Gathika and soy flour tumesurvive nazo during my primary school days. Hiyo unga was edible, raw as it came.

Never heard of such a word. Watu wa cendral may not have met with that flour. Last time I took it was 2003. Not sure if the govt can allow importation of that because I would do it without hesitation.
