Temperatures za 2012 HP Elitebook 8570W

I purchased a refurbished laptop… Hp elitebook 8570W. Yeah, the thing is a beast considering ni ya 35K na ni ya 2012.
The specs are
I7 3610QM 4 cores
2GB Nvidia Quadro K2000M
8GB RAM

There is this site called Notebookscenter that shows the fps of games on particular laptops and this thing can do some gaming. The problem is they didn’t state the temperatures.
Nimeangalia reviews kwa notebookcheck waliieka under stress benchmark and it hit 90°C.
The only other info is on a YouTube video of a person gaming on it GTA V at 45fps at 99°~103°C. Hp 8570W shuts down at 105°C so it didn’t shutdown in the video.

Anyone out there with any information regarding 2012 laptops with i7 3rd generation please help out. This thing is not a 4th or 5 or 6 generation CPU so it is supposed to run hot. But how hot before it dies?

Sitaki kuiua na ku try games ama software intensive haraka. Kaa uko na experience na Laptop kaa hii please help out.

apart from the normal dusting and common sense that comes with using laptops,you have nothing to worry about

otherwise sionangi haja ya kucheza games kwa laptops unless you own either an alienware ama lenovo…desktop ndio ya hii kazi

90 ni too much,optimal ni 40-50 though processor pia inamatter.Kama unaskia fan ikihema sana probably you need to stop gaming from that machine

Kuna temp ikifika Laptop itajizima.
Crysis 3 ilifanya fan yangu ikaharibika kwa HP i7 3rd gen. Sitatumia hp tena kwa kugame unless ni HP Omen. ROG ziko sawa.

Fungua laptop panguza vumbi na upake thermal paste.

Nilifungua na nikatoa fan inje nikagonga na chisel n kurudisha na it worked fine

Not just any thermal paste (forget about the white ones being sold at Luthuli for 100 bob) .

Crysis killed my packard bell…i always wish I could go back in time and kick my ass for trying to play that game on a machine way above its weight range…

Hapo umemsaidia used to have a very dope cooling mat with high speed fans when playing intensive games.Bought it kienyeji from a guy in campo …lost it in campo:oops: .

Seriously though, wewe ndio mtu wa kwanza nasikia akicomplain juu ya hii. Nimerun antutu kwa m8 (pasi) na haikuwa inaheat.

HP ni swara kugame. Nilikuwa na DV7 fulani ilichoma charging system na button za mouse kutokana.

Nikakuwa na G6 ilikuwa na AMD. After sometime HDMI ikawacha kufanya na haikuwa inainstall driver za windows, lazima ningedownload ndio ifanye.

Nilihamia Dell na sijawahi regret.

Was lying on my palm, got noticeably warm also interesting to see the battery drain graph if you run it continuously

I have my old reliable elitebook 8540w i7 and I can relate to the heat issues. I swear this thing you need to crack a Window open otherwise ni kama sauna. Huwezi tumia hii comp kwa bedsitter…hehe. Recently it has been experiencing thermal shutdowns, the keyboard is dead and the trackpad too plus the touch pad above the keyboard. It has been giving up on life one component at a time. Anybody who can advice me on whether I can have it refurbished? Kuna venye siwezi itupa ata kidogo…it is a gaming hog and I am attached to it ata kama niko na laptop ingine.
