2019/20 Budget:
- Increase some taxes
- Scrap bank interest rate caps
- Consolidate the many funds
- Retire ‘old’ people and recruit less workers to replace them
- Give all public servants a MasterCard
- Mandate third party insurance for boda bodas
- Close or merge ‘unsustainable’ universities or campuses
- Everything else to continue with more of the same (including increasing tax on tobacco and alcohol!)
