So I was reading the Quran about Abraham/Ibrahim. In the Bible Abraham almost sacrificed his son Isaac but was stopped just in the nick of time and a sheep was presented to him to sacrifice. In the Quran however Ibrahim is almost slaughtering his son by Hajah, Ismael, but was stopped in the nick of time.
The Quran is more detailed about Ibrahim and how he rejected his father’s religion of idolatry. In the Bible there’s little information of Abraham’s father.
