The interesting future of mobile phones

Only twenty five years ago, we wouldn’t only have imagined that mobile phones would become common and affordable worldwide but that the devices could become what they are today. No one would have imagined that the devices would have a non-manual keyboard, have a touch screen, possess a camera, be a mini-computer alongside other features like cameras, different types of apps etc. What then does the future portend for the mobile devices? One thing I can predict is that mobile phones in the coming days may have advanced intelligent to read our minds. They might have the ability to read our moods and respond to what is in our minds. They may not have a screen for display but may be able to project the signals on the air before our eyes. Probably we may even fit a chip somewhere in the brain and have a phone in our brains

In only 100 years
We’ve moved from

We might travel outside our solar system in the next few decades

Millenniums, not decades. We’re still debating the moon, Solar system ni beyond our comprehension at the moment

Highly unlikely…

Ungeweka Airbus A380 or A350 - 1000. Hapantambua Boeing

Mimi technology ya simu bado imeniangusha.

How sir?

So many functions hazijawezeshwa kwa simu. For instance, I am of the opinion that phones in 2022 ought to be able to project images on the wall kama projector ya kawaida. Only Motorola have tried this but they never took that technology any further than a concept phone and it isn’t a phone even. It is an auxiliary gadget.

You had me there. I have always wondered since kindu like ten years ago, why can’t phone makers make the flashlight at the back also to be a HD projector?

the next big thing in phones will be on advanced OS…it will be infused with A.I…hardware pia haitachwa nyuma… some lenseless cameras with hundreds of megapixels

Another thing, when you switch off your phone inakua as useless as a piece of a tile. Can’t they make phones to be able to show us things like the calendar and clock even when the phone is switched off completely? Don’t they make phones with two or more displays?

maybe waweke internal battery kama ile cmos ya comp, but that’s redundancy, otherwise huwes run a digital device bila energy reserve

Actually, the clock is still working hata kama the phone is switched off. That’s why it automatically wakes up if you set it to do so or if the alarm is set. I believe they can make the clock viewable if they so wanted.

Technology always becomes cheaper and widespread with time.

You have no idea how old touchscreen is.

Been happening already. Some years back a person or a monky did play pingpong via a brain implant.

You Brain Computer Interfaces? The future was here years ago.

moods and respond to what is in our minds.

Brain implants with such (well something like that) have been existent for more than a decade.

At first I was impressed reading this until I realized y’all are celebrating the victories of others.

When you say they put a projector on the phone, what’s preventing you yourself from doing that or other inventions?

What do those guys have that you don’t?

First we must first actualize practical quantum computer

We are still below Type 1 civilization.

Tuko level ya bacteria to the aliens

More Lumens = More Power = Bigger Battery= More Weight

So projector on a phone is a Zero SUM.

By 2030 there will be no need for Smartphones. SIM cards will be embedded under the skin, Flexible eye contact lenses will have web access so no need to browse on your ancient laptop or TV. You will have instant maps in a blink of an eye, What you see you can instantly save as picture or Video via your own eyes.

Not even in a century. Escaping the solar velocity isnt a joke.
