In a car everything you see is just more TV. You’re a passive observer and it is all moving by you boringly in a frame. On a cycle the frame is gone. You’re completely in contact with it all. You’re in the scene, not just watching it anymore, and the sense of presence is overwhelming

Hehehehe, reminds me of my first time on mombasa road. I’m cruising at 50 and feeling like a champ. Then a trailer comes hooting from behind kwanza it was those loud shocking ones. I accelerated hard into the ditch on the left. How I was separated from the bike I do not know but it was on moving away from me while I’m sitting in that ditch like the thinking man
