The ICC cases were political, aimed at sidelining Uhuruto and creating a path for raila to pitia katikati, there was a powerful hand trying to manipulate the kenyan elections and it appears that hand or similar forces are at work again in an attempt to thwart the will of the Kenyan people and make way for RASA to pita katikati or get nusu mkate
The reason I say this is that although the court nullified the election, the judges provided no tangible reasons. The decision had already been made and they're now scrambling to justify their position. Some powerful hand has its hand on the collective balls of kenyans and is ready to squeeze , we should be very afraid
