It’s not bias just happiness that years of work to put girls through school is showing fruit.
Are women favored in employment? No. The management roles are dominated by men. The Executive roles are dominated by men. Any woman at the top anywhere is perceived to have used her sexuality. haha. If you are smart or handsome or both you know good looking people receive positive bias even men. Any handsome man here to confirm that you are indeed treated better than others? Listen men you must accept that a woman can be hot, smart and hardworking. It’s the law of averages of standard deviation, bell curve etc. Put more women through school and more of them will break glass ceilings.
Are men being destroyed by marriages? No, single women are more financially independent than married women (Independent not more capable, get the nuance). So it is women who are undermined by marriages.You have to leave your job and move with the husband if he’s transferred, you have to have time to be wife material stuff while also going to work to contribute to budget, you have to take breaks to raise a child. Men don’t make these sacrifices. What kills your relationship is your alcohol drinking kila weekend. Your health, finances, time and brain are being wasted.
Now bitter men like to say women marry them.after having slept with many men. Why are you so concerned? Past is past. Everyone had their youth to enjoy, why are you bitter because you didn’t enjoy it? I slept with a few men myself and I don’t regret it.
