In the streets frothing human rights and stating what Githu Muigai has called out as "The law is very clear" morning show panelists. I think their hubris is fermented by the stone-throwers-for-hire vagabonds who hang on their every word during "peaceful" demos (the law is very clear about the right to demo and picket -notice the hush hush on protection of lives and property). Now when they confront their peers in a court ndio unajua na pia wanajua hawajui.
Harun Ndubi is so down in his game ata Ngania girl (ningesema dwyfwy burr I dont do laptops) is waay up.He has been taken to school hadi anasema ako na homa. You apply to access forms but in your prayer you dont say what you intend to do with them, then you ask for four hours to present a report. Ngatia amemkamatia chini, Maraga akamalizia. Now he knows what any first year law student knows, the law is not very very clear, it is litigated, interpreted and adjudicated. Bure kabisa!

Ndubi said he was not going to vote:
Ahmednassir asked whether a litigant who did not vote had locus standi to litigate a process they did not participate in (akina khelef na njonjo). Your vote is not at stake so who are you in this court? After a discussion with Njoki, Ahmednassir correctly, in my opinion stated that there is nothing like a right not to vote, one abstains. Rights are phrased in positives not negatives.
