Inakaa you are still new to this game .I would suggest kwanza uwachane na doido mob za sijui automatic password reply until you understand what you are doing .For now invest in a microtik router and access points .Start selling the net then as your network grows and customers increase ,you can invest in automated systems

You need a sender ID from Safaricom and a till from them .You can also talk to guys like Jambopay and they should be able to assist since you can use their payment gateway .

The DIY way…you need a paybill number, when someone pays using that paybill number it should generate an IPN notification, safcom usually asks for an ip address where this notifications should be sent to if you wish to recieve them, if you know a bit of programming you could recieve the IPN notification on your server, pick the neccesary info required e.g transaction ID, name, phone no. amount paid, date/time and store this info in a DB, then you need to get yourself a bulkSMS plan from a PRSP and also have them set up a custom senderID for you, once all that is set up again with some bit of coding you can recieve that IPN notification save the neccesary info then automatically trigger an SMS reply to the customer with the info they need… hope this helps.

I am not a tech nerd but the solutions you are getting here seem to be complicated and convoluted. And he doesnt seem to be technologically savvy na kujua hizo ma sijui coding au programming… The problem with asking a forum of experts for a solution is that they will try to outdo each other with the hardest and most complex solution. You will be discouraged. My advise, and what I learnt, is that of you have any query about a Safaricom product ati sijui how can it work, is to call Safaricom Business Support department. Watakusort. A certain expert used to charge me 12,000 every year for website dormain sijui renewal. The day sikumlipa and the website stayed for 3 months, a guy from Safaricom called me about the site. Asked me if I wanted to renew it. I said yes. Charges, I asked. 500 bob. Paid by mpesa. Website was back on in an hour.
