To those pastors who prophesied that Trump would win

POLITICS??? Really?

What is going on??

The calling of God on a person who is to serve His purpose and will on earth should lean as much to God’s direction and will. This requires surrender, and absolute focus on God alone.

2 Peter 1:10
Therefore, brothers, be all the more diligent to make your calling and election sure, for if you practice these qualities you will never fall.

Why have we become so obsessed as servants of Jehovah with electoral matters across the world when our obsession and obedience to the One who holds the times and seasons is wanting? So many have prophesied so wrong continuously let us stop and let us make diligent to make our calling and election sure.

There is still sooo much Revelation about Jesus Christ to be taught; so many souls to still be won…so many disciples to be raised. I repent Father on my own behalf - your purposes are eternal no matter who sits where on earth. Give me the zeal to go beyond this current wave and focus on you as my sincere unobstructed obsession. My eyes are on you my Savior. I have never been more fixated on you Jesus my Lord and my Redeemer!

And to all the sadly wrong and displaced ‘prophetic’ utterances that have been all over the air and seem to be driven to political agendas in various parts of the world, in Jesus Love stop! You sound like empty barrels desperate to have God speak through you…it is as though you are a true servant of God only if you predict who will win and who won’t…what naivety…what gross misdirection of oil and grace.

Preach the Gospel…there is much to be revealed to us.
