Hello talkers. I am doing a market survey for a friend who intends to start a wines and spirits shop. If you take any spirit, please comment with the brand so that I can get a rough idea of the fastest moving ones to begin with. Kindly feel free to comment with your brand of choice (what you actually buy, not what you wish to buy but hardly buy). TIA

low-middle income; Githurai,Mwiki,pipeline, etc: Napoleon,Legend,KC,Chrome & all spirits with funny names like @Miss Finest Wine or @DeliciousShiko
middle income: mix of kina kc,naps,chrome,jameson,richot,kibao,william lawsons etc
upper middle class- leafy suburbs: johnie walkers, amarulas, jackdaniesls and others whose names i dont know

I will tell you that brands also have strongholds. Like I was in UK and Orijin was selling like a hot cake.
This is one brand that has no takers pale ATC. What you will get here are in terms of brands will mislead you.

You are better of asking about prices. This is one big determinant when customers buy theur drinks.
For example: Ile @Fala 12 inapenda sana Napoleone Brandy. Saa ile imesota. Mwisho ya mwezi,mambo ni Tusket Cider.

just walk around the pubs in the area and observe what people are drinking....each locale has its preferred brands.

But EABL brands sell more because of their superior promotion and placement strategies
