There was talk about Toll stations in Thika road…but how would that work since A toll is supposed to be a choice so lazima kuwe na alternative roads kwa Yule hataki kulipa apitie the congested roads Yule ana haraka alipie toll…for the bypass it would work because kuna alternative roads
But now kuna pia Fuel levy funds that was introduced after toll zitolewe in the 90’s this is kinda going to be double taxation

hii when they added fuel levy, they removed toll stations. now they are adding toll stations yet they are not removing fuel levy?
