West Brom have sacked manager Tony Pulis.
Pulis has been at the Hawthorns since January 2015 but has paid the penalty for a dismal start to the season.
Saturday’s home defeat to Chelsea was the final straw for the Baggies board who have decided to act.
West Brom have won just two of their first 12 matches this term, losing their last four.
Pulis admitted ahead of the clash that he was not fazed by speculation about his future.
