Yet to try it. I understand it’s the alternative to shells v-power.

not v power equivalent. hata bei itakuambia.
its equivalent to fuelsave.tried it and its just kawa premium with cleaning agents and no RON advantage

Got confirmation from the Total station. Apart from engine cleaning detergents, the RON rating stays at the previous 93. Unless you have a forced engine(>95 RON), this should be fine for a Naturally Aspirated engine.

Forced engines are either supercharged or turbocharged. They’re so called because large volume of air is mechanically “forced” into the engine. Such engines(and other high performance engines-F1?) have higher compression ratios which make them particularly susceptible to air-fuel mixture pre-ignition(what we know as Knock). The Research Octane Number usually represents the resistance of a fuel type to pre-ignition. Hence higher rating is better for high compression engines.
