Hi guys anybody with insights on this machine. I’ve been seeing them a lot on the road nowadays and also why is the pricing that low. Nimeona mbili so far today year 2007,2500cc zinauzwa 950k. Whats the catch apart from high fuel consumption. i.e performance wise ni gari ya mashida mob au. anybody with info feel free to enlighten us.

some car fanatic told me the difference between say 1800cc and a 2500cc is not really that big. @kermit given a chance would you consider the ride

I upgraded to a 2000cc sport version producing 195bhp.consumption is alot but the power more than compensates the difference.overtaking trailers kwa highway is effortless

Have driven a 3 litre toyota saloon for 2 years now. The car is just a beast and i imported it for peanuts. Total landed cost 700k. I am doing 10 to 12 kpl, which i find very reasonable for the level of comfort. 6 airbags, electric seats, leather interior, premium audio, 16 inch rims etc
My next car will be the v8 petrol.
The crown is cheap in the kenyan market coz there is no much demand. And the landed cost for the car before the new tax rates was just about 900k. Go for the 3 litre crown and you will love it. Btw the difference in shillings btwn 10kpl and 15kpl consumption over a period of say one year for the average motorist is not much. Do the maths.

Yangu sio Toyota .it’s a Suzuki.decided to keep of Toyotas for now.my point was emphasizing consumption vs power which to me is worth it

Thats a flagship vehicle. And it is true that people are selling them for very little. Probably spares and fuel are sky high. Hakuna watu wa kununua.
