My dream vehicle too! Ni gari safi sana.

Naona tuko wengi!

Good stuff.Just about to realise the dream.Landy’s tempt me too but are damn expensive

Get a blue one babie.Good colour for them ladies.Red one too can do.

Every shiney eye secretly wishes to own a double cab.

Namezea hii gari sana lakini bei ya pickups and dcabs is just another thing:(:frowning:
Pro of diesel is you can have a bigger engine but will not feel the pinch kwa fuel station unlike petrol where the cost is higher. However, the con of diesel is service intervals are pretty short so you spend more on that field unlike petrol.
.Sasa unafaa kuamua gani more important to save.
Also depends na kitu unafanyia gari. Kama ni starehe like a car ama ni towing and carrying some heavy loads. Starehe inataka petrol kazi inataka diesel. But this aspect is obscure juu hata diesel siku hizi ni very improved to produce very low noise and cleaner exhaust so unawezatumia as ya starehe.
Now final point , an important question you need to answer is the turbo diesel vs N/A diesel. Hapa @introvert And @Meria Mata Can maybe shed light And/Or anyone who has a turbo diesel.
Final say. I would go diesel. Swali yangu tu ingekuwa turbo diesel ama NA diesel. Asandeni

Turbo diesel is highly recommended . Important thing is to make sure you use fully synthetic oil and service the pickup at the recommended intervals. While at it you can get a turbo timer or always make sure the engine is at optimum temperature before thrashing it and after every trip give the engine some time to run so that the turbo unit can cool down.
To work effectively, a turbo needs a constant flow of clean oil, and to keep your turbo in top condition, you need to ensure that you change the oil and oil filter regularly.
The oil must be fully synthetic no compromise

.cc @introvert saidia pia.

Apan tambua toyotachiech.

Above a certain car price range, I don’t think cost of fuel should really be an issue.

I see what you did there. Laughing at peasants while pulling away in your 4x4

Does the same apply for petrol turbo? And what about naturally aspirated. Tuhamie full synthetic?

Kuna mtu amekuuliza swali mzuri, unanunua ya kazi gani? If it’s just floss or a desire you had since childhood then you must not forget that this is a workhorse. And that backseat is not entirely comfortable on long trips. A saloon car would probably suit your needs better.

More than 60 percent of the SUVs on the Kenyan road are used in urban areas. Hata haijui matope. The owner never engages the 4wd. Some people almost killed me on my way from Nairobi hapo Kaimosi juu ya hizi vitu. But i digress. Point was We do not buycars we need in kenya. Ni prestige

If you go for petrol go for the biggest engine.

True. But for those who may be buying a workhorse, the diesel d4d is very economical and give good km per litre. 12 -15

Will always be on the move to the point of being serviced like after every one month
