1800 lita nne 5w30 usually recommended for most newer toyota petrol engines. Shell walinikulia 6000 lita tano last service. Most people use 5w40 which is cheaper but heavy.

sijaangalia ingawa msee alisema ni synthentic. nimechoka na hiyo oil expensive pia yenyewe by the time iko 5000km inakuwa black na iko na metal shavings. 5w30 inakuwanga synthentic most times though. I am usually interested in the grade not the synthetic or otherwise. if its natural, just change every 5000km before it breaks down into carbon. thats where synthetic matters beacuse it can go a few more thousands, maybe extra 1000 or 2000 more looking dark brown not black. lakini mtu wa kukushow 15000km ni uongo upuss utaharibu gari na mileage kidogo.
The reason am advocating for synthetic is after service was done last time a senior mech first asked me which oil I have been using and asked why?
He said the tappets have a funny noise which is caused using normal oils.
He mentioned modern engines are better with synthetic.

The truth is that toyota is better than those other crap you drive. thats why people who can only afford a car once ina long time dont like second guessing, na kusema ukweli watu wanashika nissan, subaru 1500cc, mazda etc ni vile most hawakufika bei ya toyota. but i am not saying that mazda or subarus are bad cars. nissan is a lower tier car and you dont need to look twice to see that. but it also serves as a car.
Sure. Synthetinc is a better oil. I wouldnt strive for 1500 a litre if I didnt value quality. I will check my purchase but i want to believe toyota arent selling wrong oil for new vehicles they sell.
i think the toyota oil is imported parked or as parts and therefore ducks most duties associated with these others.
