Compared with the previous Rush, then this is a great upgrade. Lakini hiyo price si poa even of its new.

In this segment the cars are very similar, bar the price - vanguard, xtrail, outlander, crv throw in the rav4 and the escudo, a few differences here and there but overall driving any in the same spec level range will just feel the same. Unless you are looking at a mostly ofroad car, then the escudo should win, lakini for kawaida driving no difference, just get the biggest engine in whichever spec you choose.
my take would be to get the cheapest with the biggest engine and use the saved cash for some upgrades or future maintenance issues.

These auto guys have also prepared a draft bill that is considering raising the age limit for importation of vehicles in favor of locally produced vehicles. That is just idiotic. That bill should only be considered if and when the set up manufacturing in the country and not just assembly. Otherwise we will all be driving mini coopers and buy our wives bicycles.
